Paddling Trails

The Texas Parks & Wildlife Paddling Trail system provides access to over 80 trails of well-mapped, accessible day trips for all levels of paddling experience throughout the state.

San Antonio Bay Partnership initiated the extension of the  Port O’Connor Paddling Trail and initiated the establishment of the Seadrift Paddling Trail and the Powderhorn Paddling Trial and maintains signage and trail markers.

For detailed trip planning, check out TPWD’s Paddling Trail Finder. This online mapping tool shows trailheads, access points and allows users to search for a paddling trail by waterbody or by straight-line distance from a certain city or town.
